Women Aren’t The Only Ones Unhappy With Their Boobs

A study recently came out that the most popular cosmetic surgery for men has to do with the most popular cosmetic surgery for women. Boobs. Women want them and are paying big bucks for them. No shocker there. But, who knew that men are going under the knife in record numbers to get rid of their man boobs?
Wasn’t this a Seinfeld episode with ‘The Bro’, the man boob bra? This is funny, haha, only for people who don’t have saggy, droopy flabs of fat where chiseled pecs should be. Man boobs are no laughing matter. There is a medical term for them called gynecomastia. This is caused by a hormonal imbalance and is a real medical condition. Most of the man boob population, however, does not suffer from gynecomastia. They suffer from pseudo gynecomastia, which is a fancy way of saying your man boobs are caused by eating too many twinkies.
The good news about the fact that these man boobs are caused by fat, is that going under the knife or taking drugs is unnecessary. Man boobs can be transformed from flab to manly, muscled pecs with proper diet and exercise. This is no different than people wanting six pack abs. The way to get six pack abs is not by doing hundreds of crunches a day, but rather by paying strict attention to what you are eating and doing intense cardio as part of your daily workout to burn fat.
The building of muscle in your abs or chest happens as you strength train these muscles. The greatest exercise in the world for chest, in my opinion, is push-ups. There are so many different kinds of push-ups to challenge your upper body. Push-ups work your chest, shoulders, and abs simultaneously. They require no equipment, can be done anywhere, and add excellent definition to your chest.
Here is the Ultimate Man Boob Workout that is getting millions of hits on youtube. I’m not sure what’s more disturbing, the fact that there exists an ultimate man boob workout or that millions of men have man boobs. The good news, though, is that this chest workout is equally good for all boobs; women that want them, women that have them, and men that don’t want them ever again.
The idea with this workout is that its short, but challenging and done to fatigue. Start by doing as many push-ups as you can without sacrificing proper form. Your back has to stay straight and your butt aligned with your spine. Go as low as you can to the floor before pushing up. Without stopping, after you can’t possibly do one more push-up, go immediately into dumbbell flyes. Use a challenging weight and do these to fatigue. Then finally, without stopping, go right into chest presses and do these to fatigue.
This workout is quick, effective, and challenging to your upper body. Weight loss and weight training will make your man boobs a thing of the past. It sure beats surgery any day.
