What will it take for people to realize you must change your lifestyle to lose weight

First Ephedra was removed from the market because people were at risk for heart attack, stroke, and death. Can you imagine? People are literally dying to be thin. I mean, I get it. I love being thin and in shape but when someone asks me how I stay in shape, I answer exercise and you have to be hungry sometimes.

There is no miracle solution here, no pill that will melt that fat off.  If the promises sound too good to be true, they are.  Can you believe that when Ephedra was pulled, people flocked to the stores to stock up on what they could get their hands on.

Hydroxycut reformulated their products so that they were in compliance with the FDA banned substances and I recently heard someone say the only diet pill that works is Hydroxycut. Well, big news, Hydroxycut has been banned because it potentially causes liver damage.

If I could offer you one piece of advice when it comes to diet aids, it would be to just say “no”. The jitters, energy drop, and harmful side effects just are not worth the risk. Remember Phen-phen which led to valvular disease?  STOP THE INSANITY as Susan Powder said - eat right, exercise, sleep well, be happy - this is not rocket science.
