With fitness, like in life, when you put meaning or importance behind any task or goal, you are going to find focus. If however you are simply going through the steps you think you need to follow to achieve those goals, you will easily give up when the road gets hard.
Working out every day, eating properly, following a healthy lifestyle; these are all important aspects of getting leaner and energized,but not how you stay focused. Going through the motions every day of eating and exercising, will not help when you just don’t want to don the running shoes and instead head for the fast food counter.
Set your goals, know you you have it in you to succeed and WIN.
