Amazing Spin/ Cycle Playlist

I love teaching group exercise but it is especially rewarding when I put together a playlist that just “works” and this one is at the top of the list.  This music has a driving bass beat throughout most of it that makes it easy to follow with the cadence of the pedal strokes but what really makes this a great workout list is the sequence.  Once you complete the warm up, you want to select a gear and hold it until you complete I Want You to Hold Me.  Keep increasing your speed through each song and once you have finished Hold Me, drop gears and sprint.  After the sprint it’s a climb to the top of the hill and each song gets slower and harder. Here you want to keep adding gears and holding the cadence steady.
