Best Workout Music of 2008
By Christina | December 18, 2008
This year I have made countless playlists for many types of classes and here are the songs I found the most motivating and inspiring for me. Clearly what one person finds moving is not going to be what another person enjoys. There are instructors who are very well attended because their music is “fantastic” according to their members which I cannot imagine spending 15 minutes listening to. This list is not music fromo 2008 but music I used throughout 2008. Hopefully you will find something you like in this list:
- Feels So Real - Moby
- Everytime We Touch - Cascada
- Sunrise - Duran Duran
- Dont Stop - Blank and Jones
- Please Forgive Me - David Gray
- Love is Gone - David Guetta
- Welcome to the Black Parade - Chemical Brothers
- Strokin - Clarence Carter
- Can’t Sleep - Lisa Lashes
- Kenkraft 400 - Zombie Nation
- Affirmation - Savage Garden

Great list - a lot of those songs I hadn’t heard before and I’m always looking for new workout music.
