Climb all the way to the top with this playlist

Whether you teach Spinning, or indoor cycling, or you just like to plug into your own to your own selection on the stationary equipment, you need music to keep you going.  A recent study showed that you will push 7% harder and feel less effort if you are pedaling to the cadence of the music.  This song list will push you to the top of any hill - a 45 minute hill.  Enjoy.
