I am a big advocate of the power of the mind over the body… set the mind and the body will follow I always say.  Whether it’s fitness or a big project, set the mind and the body will follow.  That means you can do anything you set your mind to.  One of the ways I feel we set our minds is by using affirmations.  Motivational quotes are like affirmations so here are a few fitness quotes I found this week and liked.
