Should I Lift Weights Before or After Cardio Training?

Is it ok to perform a session of interval training on the treadmill or bike after lifting weights? Or should it be done before lifting? Or just not at all on the same day?
Answer:
There are many factors to consider when determining whether to do cardio before or after the weights or on a different day.
Can it be injurious to hold on to handrails on the treadmill?
