Now here is a useless fitness innovation
By Christina | June 6, 2008
Okay, so I was doing a search to see what new and exciting gizmos and gadgets were out there in cyber space and I found what has to be the oddest fitness accessory: The Digital Dream Sportsman sports camera.
This is a camera for anyone who has always wanted to be able to take their temperature while snapping a photo. Hmmm, that sounds like no one I know, how about you? Well, whether or not you want to, now you can. Innovations U.K. has come up with and is distributing a wacky digital camera that takes your heart rate and your temperature, counts calories, and stores up to 181 stills or 27 seconds of VGA video. In addition, this amazing little picture snapper also functions as a pedometer, a stopwatch, and a calendar. While it may accurately calculate beats per second, that does not make it “dreamy”. This is one fitness idea that I think is going no where.
