Workout 10.2008 Music Mix

As usual, my weekly picks for music to workout to.  This week’s mix can be found at ITUNES.com under LifeOrganizers.com Strong and Steady Beat.  The songs are all mid tempo high intensity.  This mix is best for lifting weights or doing slower tempo sustained movements such as walking lunges or abdominal work. 

This music compilation will get you through a 45 minute workout session before you know the time has passed.  Let me know what you think of it.
