Need help getting back in shape after baby? Strollercize!

Each day swarms of new mothers and their babies pack into parks across the country to get back into their pre-pregnancy shape. Some are there for the comraderie, some are there for energy, whatever their reason, they are there with a blanket and a stroller and a willing attitude to work. Under the direction of Strollercize certified instructors, these newly inducted members of the ‘Mother Hood’ have discovered a complete fitness routine. The stroller is actually a fitness tool to get into shape. It is the perfect solution for moms who want to workout but don’t have help with the baby. In addition to the health benefits for mom, Strollercize provides babies with motor stimulation as mom’s workout around them.
Strollercize has seen great success and like any program that works, there have been programs created around the same premise. The classes have grown to include toddlers, twins and expectant mothers. In addition programs have been created with names like ”First Steps”, “Personal Changer”, “Preparing To Push”, “Pram n Pilates”, and “Stuck Inside”.
