Begin by sitting comfortably in a place where you will not be interrupted for at least 15 minutes. Relax your body by thinking about each part of your body and letting go of any tension you may have there. Breathe in and out until you feel very comfortable and calm. See a white light off in the distance coming towards you; floating slowly and becoming bigger and brighter as it nears. You feel the brilliant rays of light as they touch your face and surround your body. Breathe in the light and feel protected in your safe place. As the light approaches you see it is your guardian angel. See her face, her wings, her body. Take time to define every detail. Allow your personal guardian angel to wrap her wings around you and support you. Any worries or anxieties that you have, release to her now. Allow all your tension, stress or fears to be lifted and taken away so that you feel nurtured and relaxed. Enjoy this for a good few minutes. Once you feel satisfied that you are at peace, see your angel as she departs until she is once again just a ball of light. You open your eyes and feel peaceful, uplifted, and rejuvenated.
