By Christina | January 5, 2008

The following list of choreography ideas are good to keep in mind while you teach your class.  Often you will be mid class and realize you are out of ideas for the next segment and if you have a list of choreo in your memory banks to pull from you can jazz up your class and make it seem as though you have been to a workshop learning new moves. This is what keeps your members happy and motivated to come back for more.Have any moves you love?  Share them.
