Try This Routine With Your Personal Training Clients

I am sure you are tired of hearing this from me but it needs to be said each time I make a recommendation for a workout… Please make sure you or your client are cleared by a medical professional to engage in physical activity and more specifically, this type of exercise routine… Here is what I will do today and tomorrow with my clients. I modify the routine according to ability and injury by adjusting their weight resistance and the movements as needed because not everyone has the same ability. Let me know how this circuit works for you…
Repeat each exercise 15 times for a total of 3 sets = 45 of each
Warm Up Set - On BOSU (or half ball)
- Core Rotation
- Squats
- Biceps Curls
Set One
- Fast feet onto BOSU (similar to football drill)
- Push Ups
- Crunches
Set Two
- Stand on BOSU and perform Overhead Press
- Tricep Dips on BOSU
- V Sit on BOSU 30 seconds
Set Three
- Lunge Back Off BOSU
- One Arm Row
- Oblique Crunches
Set Four
- Dead Lifts
- Upright Rows
- Balance on BOSU - Abs
Cool Down
- Stretch
