5 P’s to Preparation

I was in my 5:45 am yoga class this morning when Jeff was commenting on how impressed he was that I was writing out my class notes for my clients and classes that I had for that day. When I answered, I try to be prepared, it makes my day go by much smoother he shared his 5 P’s for Preparation. I liked them so here they are:
